We understand that there may come a time when you want to return a purchase and we strive to make the return process as easy as possible.

If you wish to return or exchange your order, we offer returns within 60 days of the purchase date. You can return your product for store credit or a replacement product.

Please note: All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with the original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

To return an item, please email us at social@heyzack.ai with your order number and the reason for the return. Our support team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

After receiving your item(s) and verifying its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 15-20 days from receipt of your item(s) for your return to be processed.
